Exchange and warranty policy

AnEco ensures that the products sold at the website are new and 100% genuine. In the rare case that the products you receive are defective, damaged or not as described, AnEco is committed to protecting customers with the exchange policy and warranty in the following cases:

  • Products are delivered in wrong quantities, information and designs compared to orders.
  • Products are defected due to manufacturer errors (technical failures, design and content errors, discrepancies with the manufacturer’s published quality standards) or faults during transportation (deformed, scratched, dirty, cracked,…).
  • Products expire before or on the day they are delivered to the customers.

Time of exchange and warranty

  • Conditions of time for return and exchange: Within 3-5 days after receiving the products.

Conditions of products

  • Products are still new and have no signs of being used.
  • The products have all the accompanying documents (purchase invoices, delivery records,…).
  • In case of not meeting the above conditions, the right to decide to return, guarantee the products belongs to AnEco.

  • Delivered products are not the same as description and announced quality.

Time of exchange products

  • After you receive the products within 48 hours, you can check and return the products if they are not the same as the commitment of the supplier.

Delivery cost when exchanging

  • If the error is due to AnEco, the delivery cost will be paid by AnEco.

Principles of refund

  • We will refund 100% of the value that the customers paid after receiving the returned products and check theirs conditions.

Method of refund

  • We will refund via bank transfer to the account that customers provided or they can receive money directly at AnEco’s office.

Processing time

  • Maximum of 1 working week.
